Tour Overview

Day 1

Marrakech

You will be met by your team at the airport, who can take you around the city if you wish. They can also show you where your hotel is located for check-in.
Day 2

Marrakech - Tizi'n Tichka - Ouarzazate - Skoura - Dades - The Klâa Me Gouna - Aït Youls – Tamgalouna

On your second day, you will be taken by 4x4 or minibus to meet your guides and mule drivers at Aït Youls. On the way, you will visit and pass through several towns and beautiful landscapes, such as the Valley of Dades and Quarzazarte. After lunch, there is a walk from Aït Youls that lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes and ends at Tamgalouna at approximately 1620 m.
Day 3

Tamgalouna - M'Goun Valley - Igherm Adquim - Agerzerka - Agurzga

You will spend the day touring a beautiful valley basin, the M'Goun, before arriving at a camp in Agurzga. On the way, you will find yourself among the locals in several villages and towns, which should last approximately 3 and a half hours in total.
Day 4

Agurzga - Amejgag - Alemdoum

5 hours of walking will take you and your guides to Alemdoum, where you can spend the night. To get there, you will descend to the valley of Amejgag and walk until you find it.
Day 5

Alemdoum - Gorges of Qati El - Agouti - Bou Thara

will end with a bivouac camp in Bou Thara. To get there, you will have to pass through the village of Agouti and the magnificent gorges of Qati El.
Day 6

Bou Thara - Timstiguit - Aït Saïd - Taberkhats

Continuing through the M'Goun valley, you will pass through the villages of Timstiguit, Aït Saïd and Taberkhats, which are the homes of several tribes.
Day 7

Mount Toubkal Itinerary

We leave before dawn, following a well-worn route to the summit of Toubkal (4167m). If conditions are good it should take no more than 2-3 hours to reach the summit, where we enjoy beautiful views of the entire Atlas range and the Marrakech plains beyond. Returning to base, we then descend fairly rapidly to the villages of Sidi Chamharouch and Aremd, before following the Mizane River, along a well-forested trail, to the trailhead at Imlil. Transfer back to Marrakech. Approx. 9 hours walking.
Day 8

Mount Toubkal Itinerary

Departure from Marrakech.
